CS-13 Enforcement and Summary Proceedings Bylaw

The bylaw provides for the appointment of Enforcement Officers by the CAO. It establishes the powers and duties of Enforcement Officers, and outlines the process for issuing tickets/fines to individuals who breach bylaws.
